The armband did not work with the suggested ear phones. My ears continued to be plugged by water no matter what size headphone I used. I would not recommend this product for anyone who is serious about lap swimming. I swim 100 laps 3 times a week. I think that the armband works great but they need to come up with a better headphone system. Great service however as I received my money back within a short time after I returned this product.

Use this with my IPOD shuffle and it works well. Could be a little smaller and it feels a little bulky. But it doesn't leak and I can still use the controls on the shuffle easy enough. wish it came with earphones. Overall a good product and easy to use.

it revolutionizes swimming laps for exercise. I swim an hour a day 4-5 times a week and this just makes the time fly.

Only drawback is that when strapped around arm, limits movement. Fixed it by putting it around a suitstrap...not ideal, but better. Would be great if it clipped to my suit.
