My son just turned 7 but is very slender. I ordered a size 6 and it fits him perfect. He really likes the Jammer and can't wait to try it at the pool.

I purchased this Jammer based on the size of my Son's Speedo Youth Jammer. He is 9 and wears a youth 28 so I went ahead and purchased the youth 28 12Y. It's a little bit loose, not as fitted (at the thigh) as I would like. But he is using it for training and says it is fine. He just has to "tie it tightly". I just ordered the 8Y size 24 and I hope that will be a better fit. All in all, the Quality is great and we like the material.
