I love the quality of the material on this suit. In regards to the size, i guess it really depends on how ''normal'' your child is. My daughter is petite, so at 6 yrs old, the size 6 is a true-size for her. She only weighs 42lb and 44 inches tall, she is only 25th percentile on height and weight. I am ordering the other colors as i write this review. Would definitely like to have all the three color for her.

I bought this suit for my grandaughter who swims competetively. I ordered a size 28 and it was too small so I returned it and ordered a size 30 which was far too big. I did not return it due to the cost of mailing but decided to keep it for next year. Thanks for the opportunity to express my disapointment. Edith McCarty
