I needed a swim brief for my 9 year old grandson to be worn under his wet suit. These work wonderfully and they fit perfectly. So Happy I tried your website.

Though this isn't one of them, let me start by saying that I really, REALLY LOVE Arena's Asian-made suits! They are by far the highest quality swimsuits in the world! (The rear mesh seam on Asian suits makes it stand out alone.) Why aren't the Asian-made Arena suits available Stateside?
As for the Satamis brief, this suit fits true-to-size and is very durable, as other reviewers have mentioned. My only real complaint is that the drawstrings are way too short and retract into the waistband. Also, since the drawstring is sewn into the waistband in the rear of the suit, you can't really replace it easily with a longer chord. Fix this problem and you're already half-way to a 4-star rating.
Use higher-density fabric on a briefer cut... along with a rear mesh seam (to reduce drag) and you'd have the perfect suit!
Finally, I'm not sure why a size 32 is reserved as a Youth size. I'm well into my thirties and have been wearing a size 30 or 32 suit my whole life. Frankly, I see no need to offer different suits for adult versus youth. Size is size. Who cares who wears it?

I swim from five to six times a week, so I am in a swimsuit quite a bit. I have relatively slim hips so I prefer a smaller size and smaller cut swimming brief, therefore I went with the Arena Youth Satamis Brief. These Arena Youth Satamis Briefs are the right fit for me. They are made of good quality fabric and they are durable. If you are looking for swimming briefs that are of a slimmer cut, made of good material, durable, and comfortable, I highly recommend the Arena Youth Satamis Brief.

If you're looking for a top quality suit for racing or workouts at the pool, look no further! I liked this suit much better than the other brands, and here's why. The lycra material is thicker and has more stretch, so it's very comfortable. You can downsize as much as you want and get a great fit. Also it's one of the few competitive suits available with the briefer 2" side length and I would recommend it for that reason alone. The suit has held up well so far but I'm ordering another one.
