i have been a dedicated desoto tri suit customer but decided to give Louis Garneau a try. This suit has very little support and the cycling pad is very light. Have returned for the upgrade LG Pro Tri Suit which has much better features and fit. Maybe ok for short training, swims and sprint. Does not work for me.

I used this product for my first Tri and I swam, biked, and ran in this with no problem. The two back pockets held my sports gel and was easy to access. I am very happy with this product because it shaved my transition time down to under a minute versus my training T1/T2 times and I didn't have to change clothing. Dries fast and super aero. You don't need to buy the expensive when the standard is already there.

Use the tri-suit mostly to swim laps in the pool - lots of laps. Other suits have caused chaffing, but none so far on this one. I have also been using it to snorkel in the ocean recently. It does fine in the salt water as well - also as an under-suit for my scuba wetsuit. I use it a lot!
I am a large fit, but I always get my tri-suits one size smaller because they stretch a bit over time. This one is a little tougher than others to get up over my shoulders, but fits beautifully when in place.
The full color is great. I do not care for the suits that are partial white - the see-through starts there so quickly.

This one-piece suit is easy to don, and once it's on, it's barely noticeable. The seat has the right amount of cushion for a sprint or Olympic distance tri, but I'd select something meatier for longer distances. All in all, this is a good suit at a good value.
