I swim laps everyday and this cap was a nice little change but I have only try to use it twice. I have had to change caps since this one will not stay in place.

I have the white one, and I love it because everyone can see me when I do open water swims. This is the second one I've bought and will continue to buy them. The last one I had lasted me for about 6 months, and I swim 4 days a week!
