The picture makes the swimsuit look as if it has a back. However upon arrival the only piece of material on the back is a hook closure it's completely open. For my outdoors child the more covered the better. Wish the picture had done the suit justice. Other than that the pattern and fit are great.

This bathing suit is really cute, my daughter loves it. The quality of the suit is great. However the size runs very small. I ordered her a size 7, I had to return it and get her a size 10.

My granddaughter loves it When she needed a new bathing suit (we have a membership to an indoor pool at a local hotel) ,, My husband said "Order it from Swim Outlet we are NEVER disappointed with their swimming suits."

I selected true to size because the bottoms look a bit small and top a bit big! Like another review which I didn't understand, I wish the write up would have described the open back on the top...there is a strap that goes across the back, leaving the back open and untethered at the waist, kind of like a flap. A rear view would have helped illustrate this unexpected detail. Nonetheless, I still like the suit and think my daughter will love wearing it in Florida this spring.

It fits my daughter just fine and she loves the pattern. I didn't realize it was a halterkini but it's fine. She hasn't yet figured out how to clasp it in back herself but she'll probably get the hang of that soon enough.
