i love these things! they feel great  on your hand! they refine my stroke in the water and when i take them off to do a regular lap, my stroke feels more proficient

Easier to put on than the paddles with bands....

I purchased these paddles because they were a good price. The paddles I have now are still awesome, but the bands are a little snug and my fingers would get uncomfortable after a hour in the pool. These looked like a better design. They are a good fit and put less strain on my fingers with only a wrist and middle digit securing strap. They are thinner then my others, but overall hold up well. I''m leary in pulling too hard on the strapping because if it breaks, I''m right back where I started with rubber hosing to secure my hand to the paddles.

although I HATE  working out with paddles, these are great, its improved my stroke and begining to get addicted to using them!

I ordered the medium (my middle finger is 7.5 inches) and the fit is excellent. I swim every day and use the paddles for 50 laps (out of 100 laps swum) - When I go back to swimming without the paddles I feel as if my stoke is stronger and  more efficient.

These give me a much better work out,I swim in the ocean each day as long as the surf is not to big,for around one hour or so.When I use the hand paddles I can really feel the difference in the power they give me.
