The pattern looks really awesome online but does not translate well in real life. the shell is part nylon-- and looks really weird to be honest (another reason why the pattern did not translate well). i did not go in the water in it, but even out of water the straps were uncomfortable and didn't sit right. the suit was too long and too wide at the waist, a combination that made my curves look flat and blocky. might look ok on someone with a long torso & super athletic build, but for ladies with any slight curvature: stay away.

This swimsuit is perfect! Great price, incredible quality. It has a lining in it that helps smooth out any imperfections that us women may have. I'm a size 7 so I ordered a 32, the fit is perfect. I'm used to wearing boy shorts and a bikini top yet I just had surgery and now have a scar that I'm always trying to keep covered. I was afraid that I would feel it was too revealing on the bottom but it feels totally comfortable. My only complaint which I don't have much of an issue with but some other women may is the seams are super tight so any little extra fat kind of creates a roll especially around the hip area. Other than that little issue there is nothing that's not perfect about the suit. Lastly, I've read some other reviews that say that this suit runs narrow up top. I'm a D cup and not the supermodel build, this suit fits perfect. I read another review where people said it was cheap feeling, that's not true the lining makes it feel top of the line.

bathing suit runs really big. i would recommend getting a size smaller. not worth it even with the cheap price

This is an awesome looking suit , however this suit is cut for narrow upper body. I ordered it in 32 too small then upped a size to 34 still too narrow built for smaller upper body frame

I bought this for my pre-teen daughter. It was skimpy, showed too much skin around the sides. She felt as if she was falling out of it. She couldn't do race dives in it. I should have known it was on such a cheap clearance price for a reason.
