I needed more bouncy for my water aerobics. This product gave me what I needed without having to purchase new belt.

I purchased these thinking they would be more comfortable than the larger wrap-around-the-waist one I use for water aerobics class. For me they did not help me to float as well as my other one while exercising.

I love these modules because the rigid belts are uncomfortable for me. You can put these on a belt and wear them so the module is located at your back. This provides the stabilization for water aerobics without the discomfort of a rigid belt pushing on my diaphragm. However, from the illustration, it looks like there is an accompanying belt for these modules. That is not the case. It's a small strip, about a foot long, of velcro material. You need to order the belt separately.

These are very rigid plastic and they rub and hurt around the middle of the foot. I can only wear them for a brief time. I got them for going from the locker room to the pool, so that problem is not too severe for me to use them but it would have been nice if I could have used them for sandals too. I wouldn't get them again.
