I use this product for water aerobics. The material could be slightly thicker.

I really like how these gloves tone arms as you swim.

I have used another brand in the past and these are easier to get on and off. However, they are also more porous and therefore don't provide the resistance another material would. Those who are just beginning to use the gloves in their workout might find these a good transition.

The aqua gloves are a MUST for anyone at any fitness level and any age! They give you just the right amount of resistance, making every movement more beneficial to that particular exercise.
The aqua gloves are easy to put on and take off so that you do not waste time getting started and moving from one exercise to the other.
I highly recommend the aqua gloves whether you are serious about aqua jogging or just for the fun of it.

In The pool. You don't want the glove to be too big. I ordered both the small and the medium . The small fits the best. I

I much prefer the speedo gloves that I have. Yours are too flimsy, shift around a bit, and are difficult to put on and off when wet. Although they do the job, they are not as easy to use nor as effective in moving water as are the speedo gloves.
