I''ve been using this product for over nine years now and I cannot imagine doing an H20 workout without them. Over the years, I''ve purchased three pairs of the AquaRunners, since like anything, they wear out. If you''re one to take your workout into the water, then you need to take this piece of equipment along too!

Adds to the intensity of my water jogging. Helps me to maintain good running form since they feel somewhat like shoes. I have not had any trouble getting them on & off & I wear a size 9 Wide shoe. I did cover the buttons inside with moleskin to prevent any rubbing.

They''re a good idea, good materials but the form & fitting are a bear to deal with getting on & off....once they''re on your legs & you''re in the pool they''re EXCELLENT. I actually tried wearing ankle high cut off pantyhose to help getting them on & off & while that did help you can imagine the jeering I took. Suffice it to say I''ll be returning them.

I use this for deep water running. They are easy to put on and stay put in the water. If I wear these on my bare feet, the end of one of the hard plastic pieces (part of the system that holds it together and allows it to expand) rubs the top/side of my foot and gives me a pretty nasty sore. I wear light ankle socks and that takes care of the problem. The socks add a little drag but since I am trying to work hard it''s OK.

Not as boyant as I expected. Wish they offered a more boyant set for people who weigh 250 lbs. They don't work and fit the same. I have a size 10 pair of feet. Most of the other ladies in class have much smaller feet.

I like using these - a little slippery at first but that soon wore off. The only issue I have with them is that my toes were getting scuffed by the surface of the swimming pool so I need some sort of barrier - a sock of some sort that won''t wear out from scrapping the bottom of the pool.
