THESE HAVE BEEN THE MOST FUN TO USE IN THE WATER AEROBICS CLASS. WE HAVE USED THESE WITH OUR EXPERIENCED SWIMMERS COMBINED WITH ANKLE WEIGHTS AND WRIST WEIGHTS IN THE DEEP END. THEY HAVE FOUND THAT THEY ARE GETTING A MORE COMPREHENSIVE WORKOUT DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE TO WORK TO KEEP THEIR FEET DOWN. THEY LOVE THIS PRODUCT.

I have used the older style AquaRunners since 1993 and finally, the velcro has given out. These came in 2 sizes and fit perfectly. This new style is horrible - the fit it much too small and narrow. I have a medium width foot and these are just very uncomfortable. They should keep with the older style. Plus the strap around the back of the heel is irritating. Not the expected product from such a respected company.
These are a little clunky and chunky for connecting with the bottom of the pool but in deep water, look out! You get a really good workout.
I use these to do aerobic exercise in the pool. They go on easily, are very comfortable and work well. Good for deep water activity, (but not for running in place) You never need to worry about the velcro (like other systems) coming un-done. These stay in place !
I love the Aqua Jogger Runners RX. The only thing that I would warn is not to use them in shallow water! You can use them for lower back muscles, too! Just hold onto the side of the pool and kick! Great Product
