I''m not a great swimmer and needed a flotation system to help me keep my 260 lbs afloat. I bought this system and was greatly surprised that it more than did the job. The exercise wands are great additions to my exercise routine. I''m glade I bought them. I would recommend them greatly.

I use the belt for deep water aerobics class.  First time I wore it I kept having to tighten it.  However, now it''s just right for me, very comfortable, to where I forget I have it on while exercising.  The ergo bells can be used in two different positions for greater/lesser resistance.  Also came with a water proof booklet of exercise ideas I can use in the pool when I''m not in class.

I read the reviews for the other jogging belts on this site, and always someone complained about the belts being uncomfortable.  This set had no reviews, so I decided to try it.  Also there are no waist measurements included in the description.  I have a 39 inch waist and the belt fits with a little to spare.  It is extremely comfortable.  I also weight 190 lbs and it floats me perfectly.  It feels like I have nothing on me.   My husband, at 250, was too heavy and it wouldn't keep his head above the surface.  I snorkel with this belt and it keeps me from getting tired.  The hand set works well also.  I am really pleased with the set.
