I''ve never had my own kick board before, but the ones at my gym were crumbling apart, so I chose this based on small size and interesting shape.  Wow, what a difference good ergonomics make for me.  No more gripping a straight-sided board, as the hand holds allow me to relax my arms, and the shape holds my forearms comfortably.  Plus there is the cool Batman effect:-)  Best swim toy I''ve ever had.

My grandson loved this shape and color and he''s learning how to keep his arms stretched out in front with the hand slots nicely situated. I like us the board too.

My wife and I swim each about twice per week. We use this for leg exercises and as a pull-buoy. Very good buoyancy (keeps you afloat), comfortable cut, good workout as a buoy too.
