These are a welcome surprise. Light, dry easily, versatile. I use these for aqua fitness workouts that tend to be more effective for cardio and lower body. By adding these i get great resistance and a very good upper body and arm workout.

These are perfect for all levels of water exercise and for those with arthritis or hand/wrist problems. They are easy to hold and use in multidirectional modes.

I ordered these for several senior citizens in my swim group. They are so please and excited by them because they do not come apart and are easy to handle. They provide just enough resistance for them.

They are light, easily managed and effective. One caution is with the hands: do not grip tightly to avoid wrist damage and thumb needs to line up with fingers to protect hand.

I have arthritis in my hands. The light weight of the ergo bells makes this an easy task. I use them every time I go to water aerobics class. There are 3 of us in the class that have them. I would recommend them to any one with arthritis.

The bells are light weight, but offer good resistance in the water.
