I recently joined a local Masters Swim group to improve my general technique and am working alot on my kick. These are the first pair of non-surf fins, or pool fins I have tried, and I really like the workout they provide.

this product is the right size and does not pinch and works out my legs well. It is difficult to find fins to fit so well

These fins are fine for what I do -- swim laps. They do fit small, I usually wear a size 7.5 - 8 woman''s shoe and they are snug.
