My waist was on the lower end of the suggested waist size. It was very very tight. I debated about sending it back and gettting a bigger size but I decided to give it a shot in the pool.
Immediately, I have dropped a few seconds off of my 100 time and they feel so much better then the board shorts I was in.
Very comfortable after a few wearings. Definitely recommend.

Used for tri's and training. Comfortable on a recent 76 mile bike ride. Good leg compression to keep legs feeling strong for run after bike. Like the pockets although the two on the legs are a little loose and have lost gels during open water swim.

Have only used these in one sprint tri but all went just fine and felt good. It has the pockets in the legs and one zippered on the back which will be very useful when I need more gels!
