Length is good. Seems a little tight around my biceps, but still does what is supposed to do. will definitely stay in place on rides or even runs

	Same as the wings but I like the wings wrap feeling

I haven't used these yet but thought I would comment about the size. I bought a medium for mid summer triathlons but changed them for a large. The mediums were a bit too tight at the top. I am 5'10" and 165lbs and a bit bigger than most triathletes (was a gym rat in my younger years). The larges are more comfortable but will see if they get much bigger when they get wet.
