sizing is small but I expected that. They feel great on and are good for shorter length rides. I wouldn''t wear them for anything over 20 miles or so as your butt will be hurting after that. Do tend to slide in the saddle a bit as they are really smooth to the touch but that''s part of what makes them comfortable.

XL seemed a little on the small side. Though I always seem to be inbetween sizes. Liked them for spinning, and running.

I'm 6'01 with 31 inch waist. I got the medium and they are way to short. I have about an inch of butt crack showing with them. The chamois is also very thin and doesn't provide much support. I wouldn't do anything longer then 40k in them. The only thing good is the compression on the thighs.
