I took everyone''s advice and bought a medium although I usually wear a small and they fit perfectly. These are super comfortable to ride my bike and run in.

Super comfortable. Have only used it in spin class so far but by the material and light weight I am looking forward to racing in a sprint tri with them.

I bought these for my first triathlon. I ordered a medium, but as soon as I took them out of the package, I knew they were going to be too small. I am returning them, I don't think getting a size bigger will help. The sizing definitely runs smaller.
