I'm a boney 5'7" and 113 lbs and thanks to other feedback I read, I ordered the medium just in case and it fits very tightly on me like it was a small. I like the cut and its very supportive. I do wish the chest area was lined or just slightly padded as there is no hiding being chilly if you know what I mean. But I do like it and it looked great on race day.
