I swim 4 - 7 times a week and found the dents left under my eyes by my former goggles were getting worse and lasting longer. I read that some people were even getting dark circles from this. The Barracuda standard goggles are a dream come true, while a little bit bulkier they are comfortable and fit well. The most important thing is I can swim and when finished with my swim, I don''t have the deep ruts around my eyes. I will always use the Barracuda goggles. They are a little more expensive(25.00) they are worth every penny!!

Finally talked my husband into replacing his very old, worn-out Barracuda goggles, which had been leaking. The new ones work just great! Thanks.

As a lap swimmer everyday...this is a GOLD medal for me even at 52 years old, I feel my swimming is better because I have the best fitting goggles. It is amazing that one can swim better when you can see clearly without fogging! The only down fall is that the straps seem to break in about a year. I would like to see an extra strap come with them otherwise I have to buy a new pair.

These goggles are in a class by themselves as far as comfort is concerned. Totally different than suction-based goggles, and suction on the eyepad area is so totally undesirable for any woman, and especially a woman of "mature" age. My only complaint is that they fog up after I have been using them for a few weeks. Then I do laps semi-blind for the next month and finally give in to using a new pair. That makes them sort of disposable but they are so incredibly comfortable without the suction aspect that I give them a pass on that basic flaw.

Start off really good-like the softness around the eyes--but after 15 min. they start to leak

This was my third pair of goggles bought in an attempt to avoid the Raccoon eye issue. At 45, this has all of sudden become a notable problem - such that at noon - 5 hours after swimming for an hour - I would still have indents - not good for work meetings. I have since bought a mask - and it has solved this issue. I would also say, notwithstanding its still left marks, I found it very difficult to create an air tight seal.
