Used the last year and a half on 10 to 20+ mile runs. I dont even know its there! No bounce and have never noticed any rubbing. Has room for wallet, cellphone in zippered pocket on back and three pockets for jell packs, bars or whatever on front. For me its great. Cant think of anything I would add or want changed. I had no problem getting all the water I needed while running.

I bought this pack to run Ultras in and when biting on the valve, the flow is so minimal, I expend more energy trying to get enough water.

I use this vest during training and running Ultra marathons.....50 miles or more. I like the vest as it is light weight, holds plenty of liquids, and is extremely comfortable. The only thing that is difficult is re-fillinf the fluids during a run, it is a bit cumbersome.....but it is what it is.....I like the fact that I can store food and energy items, carry my cell during training in the deep woods of Maine.
