THe flotation part should come around the body more. I'm a small (size 4) and I have it adjusted as tightly as possible and the floating part is uncomfortable and rides up in the water. I wouldn't recommend it--sorry! It did arrive quickly and undamaged. Good price also.

I am using it for deep water aerobics. The density if the foam is just fine to keep me afloat. I wish the belt did not ride up when I'm working out but all the ones I've used at pools do the same. The belt is tight at the waist.

This water belt I purchased because I have used one years ago at my Physical Therapy appointments. I love how it keeps one up right while they try to walk in the deeper water as to get a better workout.

Bought it to bring along on a trip to the Caribbean, it fit nicely in my backpack, was light enough, but kept me afloat so I could feel more confident snorkeling. Perfect!
