These are perfect for my water therapy exercises.  Everyone at the pool wanted to know where I got them so they could order them, too..

I like barbells ,Then are the right size

I am using them in a Water Aerobics class.  I really like them in the water.  They are good if you are looking for some pretty solid resistance.  My only complaint is they sound like water is getting inside them.  After class I shake off the external water, but I can hear water inside somewhere which I can''t seem to let out.

In addition to working out with a trainer, I take aqua fit classes twice a week. I found the class water weights and noodles weren''t quite giving me the workout I was looking to compliment out of the pool.

These weights definitely do the trick. I was actually sore after class last week. Yeah! I can get a great water workout and my hands don''t hurt hanging on. I definitely recommend this for someone who wants more resistance in their water routine.

Purchased these with the recommendation of an Water X instructor to use in class. The previous barbells I was using were too light and I needed more of a challenge. Man did I get it with these! Their buoyancy was so great that I had a difficult time staying planted to the bottom of the pool and I weigh close to 170 lbs! These are awesome if you need a challenge and want to strengthen your arms and obliques!

I''ve used them for a week and am using them to perform a variety of exercises. I haven''t encountered any problems with them. They seem well-made. I''m still experimenting with various ways to use them.
