When I purchased the product, I  was not aware that I would need a watch or some other product to be able to actually USE the heart rate monitor that I purchased. This was my error, but possibly the ad could have pointed this out more clearly.

This hr monitor is excellent. It provides an accurate reading, and doesn't get bogged down by being close to other heart rate monitors. The calorie counter seems useless in "over" stating the amount of calories you're burning, but that's not why I bought the hr monitor. Overall it's fabulous!

The Timex Flex is very comfortable and it is working good
