Great for increasing kick speed. Fit true to size, however, if you are a size that is at the top end of the sizing for the product then I would go up one size. I use the fin for drills every time I am using a kick board. My kick speed and power has increased since using them.

I''m a size 8 women''s shoe. The sizing chart recommended I get yellow ones. They are a little loose, but don''t fall off or rub uncomfortably, which is impressive as I just had Achilles rupture two months ago (no more swelling, but it''s sensitive). I''m using these to get my calf back in shape. I swim a little crooked with the increased resistance, but as my muscle comes back, it''ll straighten out.

I use them to improve leg kick and to help align my body for natural rotation on free style and backstroke. They are light and since they float, it helps my feet up and reduce drag. I got the XL, which comes in blue and I like it. Would not be so happy if I had to get a size L, as the color is not my favorite. Overall, they are absolutely great.

I got these to replace the Zooomer Golds that were shredding my feet, I wear a 11.5-12 depending on brand and I order the XL, and they fit perfectly. I did notice that the blade is more flexible than the zoomers, but they are 10x more comfortable and provide more propulsion in my opinion, as well as a great workout. Also, the traction on these is awesome! the Zoomers just have grips on the heel, so I would slide around on the bottom of the pool; the Burners have perfect grip on the heals and the toes. I highly recommend these.
