I have been struggling with swimmers ear ever since I started swimming. I bought them because they were inexpensive and had good reviews. I have not been disappointed. It blocks the water and maintains a good seal even with the cap over it. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good ear plug while swimming!

These plugs are way too stiff and made of two materials.  I had to insert them very deep and at a special angle.   That worked for only a few 100 yards before I had to readjust.  I will be looking for the old style Mack plugs that are all purple and entirely made of one material.  My last pair lasted 6 years.

I have tried a lot of earplugs, and these definitely work the best.  I have damaged both eardrums after years of competitive swimming. I still use old-fashioned wax ones when wearing a swim cap and lap swimming, but these really do stay in place on their own. They work great in the shower and in the ocean - they''ve stayed in place despite receiving resistance from some really strong waves.

These earplugs are soft and comfortable and they fit easily into ear.  Keeps ear dry.  Find them more comfortable than the Mack''s Aqua Block Earplugs

THEY ARE VERY GOOD FOR SEALING EARS FROM THE WATER

When I swim and when I am operating noisy equipment, I use these plugs/seals. They have a comfortable fit, I can easily find them because of their color, and they are easy to insert because of their size and shape. I don''t like the foam or waxy types of ear plugs for the fit and feel. I find that they get sticky and break down after about a year of use. They are worth the price of replacement every few months for me.
