I love the cap, and in essence is really pretty however, a major disappointment. There is no way this is made for adults. I am 5'10 185 muscular and this cap comes out as i jump in the water. I would recommend for an under 13 years old swimmer or a girl up to 15 years but most definitely not beyond that. Its pretty but it is not worth having the cap come out on the water. Cheers

Some caps I have a hard time putting on, not this one. It's very comfortable and doesn't rip my hair out when I take it off. I can't wait until swim season to wear it and tell the freshman I'm a foreign exchange student from Brazil.
