It works just "ok." Call me old-fashioned I still prefer the traditional metal and rubber clip.

The clip kept slipping off and it was difficult to find a comfortable position that would let it stay on for more than a few laps. They seemed small for my average size nose.

Great nose clips which I have used about 4 or 5 times so far. I use them for practicing backstrokes which is new stroke for me. Keeps the chlorine from stinging in my nose. Definitely a great value.

I notmally don't use nose plugs to just swim with. What I am using the plug for my setups, the constant movement of out of the water to under the water saves my head from water burn,

Bought several kinds of nose clips. This fits my son better than other kinds. But still it falls off unexpectedly. Also after a couple of uses, the plastic loses its tightness. But other nose clips are no better (mostly worse).
