I ordered these for my husband and he says he gets no more water in his ears. So they are great.

I've only used them once so far but they are comfortable and do the job without blocking out all ambient noise (which I wanted, I don't want to be completely unable to hear while swimming!). I didn't have any issues with them falling out or leaking.

Great plugs... I breathe predominantly on one side so I was constantly getting water in my ear. These did the trick in preventing that from happening. I would agree with other reviews that the size is made for smaller ear canals. Mine fit prefectly fine. I'm 5'8" not that there is a correlation between height and ear canals but there might be.

I have never been able to get earplugs to fit before. I swim twice a day and these work so well. I'm an average sized woman, but most plugs wouldn't fit at all and I usually lost one after a few uses.
