I'm a 34" waist, ordered the LARGE (experience with PZ biking gear) and it fit well. Great for swim leg (no wetsuit). No issues with chafing or padding on bike (56 miles). Padding is minimal - but does enough for the bike leg without the "diaper" feeling of normal biking shorts. Excellent for run leg - no chafing, no riding up on the legs. Highly recommend. Order to arrival...2 days. Thanks for a great product.

fit was great, and it has a very nice pad.  fabric feels tough on the outside.  need to be careful with the inner fabric as it is will stick to velco

These are great Tri shorts, I use them to compete in triathlons, wearing them to swim, bike, and run. The shorts have quick drying fabric, and the padding in them is sufficient for a comfortable bike ride, but not too bulky for swimming and running. The only downside to the shorts is that it is a little tight in the front area for men, very comfortable, but a little revealing (this is why i took a star off the rating)... Overall, i would recommend these Tri shorts.

The stitching on the chamois caused bad chaffing on a 30 mile bike ride.

Shorts fit perfectly. They are light and flexible. Fast drying and great for competition. Will probably get another pair soon. Pearl Izumi always makes great products.
