I found these shoes to be uncomfortable when they were dry, and don''t know that they would have imprived much when wet. They seemed to have too many stiff points that rubbed uncomfortable when I tried them on, and I expected that to get worse if I moved around alot as in a water aerobics class. I did not want to have to wear socks in the pool. These shoes had better arch supports than others I tried, and the laces allowed for fit adjustments to keep them snug.

I use the shoes to protect my feet from injury on the floor of a therapy pool, as I work out dealing with a condition associated with significant spasticity. Before I had the shoes, I tore my feet apart on the pool floor. The shoes fit great and feel comfortable and they have been resistant to wear and tear during my workouts. They still look brand new. I don't have anything negative to say.
