I am a triathlete and use these shoes to aid in a fast transistion. I also use these as my everyday work shoes since I am on my feet for very long hours. I wouldn't recommend long training runs in them, as they are more of a race shoe. I have 5 pairs of Zoots...THAT is how much I love them!! They are a great shoe, with a decent arch support and wide enough for my extremely wide foot. Everyone should own a pair of Zoots!

I love how light the shoes feel. They are so easy to get on & off. I did have to get inserts though. I needed something to compensate for the way my feet pronate and there is not enough support for that.
