The Zoot men's Ultra Tempo 4.0 ios another great athletic shoe from Zoot Sports. I already owned the Zoot TT 4.0 which I also think very highly of. Both shoes are similiar with the Ultra Tempo being a stability trainer as opposed to the TT neutral trainer.

Both shoes are extremely light weight (arouind 9.0 oz.), and very comfortable. The colors of this shoe are really cool (yellow/black). They were made for triathalon athletes but work great ffor working out, running, walking and hiking too.  They have a neat way of pre-setting the laces for your fit and then just slip them on like a regular slipper. They are water resistant with an anti-bacterial lining so they don't stink like other running shoes do. They can also be worn barefoot!

Once you try on these Zoots, I think you will not go back to the bulky and hot athletic shoes made by the other well known companies. The ventilation on these shoes are great for hot wheather climates. I don't know how to rate the durability of these shoes yet as I have not owned them long enough to say!

I also very much like the Newton brand and rate the Zoots as second to that great shoe. Like the Newtons, they are not cheap but well worth it compared to the other populair name brand athletic shoes.

Was looking for a quick, light, stability shoe for triathlon and conditioning and this hit the mark. Easy on, easy off, comfortable and stable, did not hurt any that the shoe looks good. My only complaint is, I should have ordered two!!
