I wore this in a recent Sprint. Complete freedom of movement  with no drag what-so-ever during the open water swim. I selected the yellow, which family members said made me easy to see on the bike,  The mesh pockets worked great for gel packs.  At 5'7" and 205 lbs, the size XL fit perfect.
