I bought these paddles only to use with breaststroke pulling drills.  They appear not to distort the natural pulling motion of the stroke.  They are a little thicker than I thought they would be, which may restrict the feel of the water.  Overall, very happy with the paddles.

these paddles are great, but I personally with I would''ve gotten a bigger size.  They''re not too much bigger than my hand, so do not pull as much water and i would like them to.  However, great quality and work great.

I have used these paddles extensively in all four competitive strokes. They improve the catch very well in freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke. They also help improve distance per stroke. The only drawback I see is the difficulty in performing the butterfly. Make sure the paddles are tight to your hands. I would highly recommend these paddles for competitive swimmers.

I know what Tech Paddles are and these aren't them

These aren't anything new.  Hand paddles with a new name doesn't excite me or make me want to buy a set.  So what, they are interchangeable, what good will this do me?  I suppose if I somehow get inverted while swimming, I will stay on course.

Terrific paddles! The versatility and design are well-thought out.  Pulling back and breaststroke is more fundamentally sound than with other "standard" paddles.  Getting them for my wife and kids.
