Great!

For running or hiking, this backpack is perfect. The water bag is much more convenient than the Camelbak one...

Not fit for petite frame
By Ciel from Bolingbrook, IL on 9/12/2012
Size: Feels too big
Prior to my purchase I was using a regular fuel belt with 4  8oz bottles; it was okay but I wanted something that would not ride up and down or swivel around my wast during my runs. I came across the NF hydration pack and read the reviews and  thought, this is perfect, I could use it on my 20 mile run. Was I wrong. I filled the hydration reservoir, adjusted the straps to insure a good fit and headed out the door. I was disappointed the moment I broke stride. the pack bounced and was not a good fit. I readjusted and the same thing happened. Needless to say, I headed back into the house and refilled my fuel belt. I was so disappointed.
In addition, cleaning and drying the hydration reservoir is terrible. I actually had to contact another company to figure out how to disassemble the system.
Maybe this pack works best with average size women, not someone at 4''11.
