Very flattering if you are at all concerned about hips or thighs.  I wear a size 6/8 and ordered a medium.  It fit really well and even layered over another bottom as a coverup.  It's also nice for sports activities when you may want more coverage than a traditional bottom.  I loved it for kayaking.
