Not sure if these compression shorts really work, but it sure feels like they help me run faster. They''re comfortable once they''re on, and there''s no chafing.

truly compression. I am not that active a runner, so I didn't really need them. Returned and bought something more comfortable. Could be better for a more serious runner.
