I have a long torso and I've always wanted a one-piece suit.  I could never find a flattering suit that fit my measurements and was long enough.  I fell in love with this suit from the first time I put it on my body.  Actually, this is the first suit I've ever owned that I still liked after I swam in it the first time.
Some things to note:
1. The 360deg compression is serious!  Purchase a size larger than your measurements might suggest otherwise it might be too small.  Don't worry about it being too big.  The outer suit would be too large without the inner compression suit.
2. It has great bust support.  It came with those weird bust padding inserts that I can't stand.  I took them out of the suit.  The suit has an inner bra so with the padding in it's three layers.  I have a very large chest and I don't need them.  I suppose some people might want them though.
3. It wears amazing.  I swim 5-6 times a week and it's holding up great.
4. It's much easier to get on when it's wet.  Because of the compression it fits a bit like a wet suit.  When it's damp it goes on much easier than dry.
5. It's extremely sturdy

The bust area of the swim suit is not correct to the size of the suit.  My measurements we exact as the guide you provided but the bust area is to small.
