Use it to surf in Hawai'i. It is perfect for the late afternoons when I love to go because it keeps me nice and warm. It is very comfortable. Love it!

I use the jacket while walking in a swimming pool for exercise. It is very good for cooler, windy days. It allows me to complete my exercises even when the weather is cooler. It fits very tighly but it needs to be that way to provide the protection from cooler weather.

I use it to swim even when the water is too cold to allow it. I have a bad knee and I tread water for 45 everyday to help it. The shirt allows me to stay in the pool even though the water too chilly to swim under normal conditions. It is tight on my waist but I hope to be able to lose enough weight that it will fit better in time.
