This is a good sized bag. The straps are wide enough that they don't dig into your shoulders. I am able to fit a gallon sized ziploc full of shower supplies, a pair of flip flops, a pair of short blade fins, a large towel, swim suit, and light change of clothes in the main compartment. The drawstring side compartment is perfect for a 20 ounce sport water bottle. The other two zipping side compartments are great for putting in gels, combo locks, lotion, goggles, brushes, and other small/medium items like that. The inside zip pocket is perfect for stashing money, hair ties, and lip balm. It's got everything I need and the organization I need!

Would have liked a couple more outside zippered pockets that are not mesh. Otherwise love it, makes showering after swim much more efficient, don't have to go all the way back to the locker to get my shampoo, dry towel, etc. Fits my flippers, towel, goggles, swimcap, shampoo and conditioner easily.

I use this bag for all my workout stuff. It can comfortably hold fins (medium length), paddles, pull buoy, and flip-flops. Add a towel, and things get tight. I doubt that it would accommodate a kickboard along with the above.
The outside pockets are well designed. They hold soap, shampoo, comb, lock, and goggles comfortably.
Comes equipped with backpack straps and a carrying loop.

It works! It holds all my stuff (fins, pull boy, paddles) plus I love the pockets on the outside for goggles, swim cap and water bottle, etc. It is inexpensive too!?
