I would recommend these jammers. Half the price of name brands. Not sure how long they will last. But the build quality looks and feels great. I would purchase again.

I use these jammers for swim training.

Not so great-- very snug at the thigh hemline. It stretches out eventually, but initially they are tight. The waist is a bit loose, though. Can tighten with the waistband, but almost feels like they ride low.

The great stuff--Inside of the water, everything is golden. Feels good, not obstructive a bit to the training. Very comfortable. I am satisfied, definitely.

-True to size, but if you want you can order a size down for very snug. I wear 32, and 32 works just fine for me.
