I was very happy because this shirt dried fast. I bought one for my 7, 9, and 11 year olds. These shirts were true to size and they were a reasonable price.

My 8 year old son likes the feel of this shirt; however, he feels that it fits a bit too snug, especially around the arms and neck. My son is of an average size in the chest and shoulders. I would suggest going a size up if your son or daughter prefers a bit more wiggle room.

We're very satisfied with this rashguard. My daughter wears it for splashing around and for summer swimming practice in an outdoor pool. It seems true-to-size but is meant to fit snugly, which may be something to keep in mind if you have a child with a larger build or one who would complain about a tight fit.
