I am fairly new to water aerobic routines so hesitated purchasing weights; I used different ones the club had so was able to try the different resistance. Tried these weights for the price and because I have found heavier weights strained my elbows when working under the water for extended times.
The weights seem to be just what I need, not a strenuous feel, but more than no resistance at all. The end caps popped out a bit, but I was able to push them back in; they didn't come apart. My weights are easy to spot with the bright color. Friends have purchased sets also because they liked mine after trying them. Would recommend.

Excellent medium weight hand bells for water exercise. Particularly good for small hands.

This product is used on a daily basis. It provides excellent resistance.   Things that are not so great.  Well when I ordered it it didn't say if I was ordering a set or a single. Well I ordered two since I wanted a set . Can't say how the other SET is working since it is still in the box.
