Belt is not the most comfortable but it is nice to be able to move the flotation bricks and remove/add on. The bricks are very thick and would be much more comfortable if thinner. Otherwise, it is fine but I will still be looking to see if I can find a better/more comfortable one to use over time for my deep water aerobics.

This was a replacement device, and it is much easier to transport and more flexible. The belt system is much more secure than the previous purchase. Just be sure to make it snug and it won't ride up. Makes deep water exercise easier.

I've tried two other aqua jog belts, and both provided way too much flotation for my 130 pounds. This one was just right. The only complaint I have is that the belt won't tighten much more than I need it to. While it works fine for me, I don't recommende it for someone who's a woman's size zero or smaller or for a child.

Over the years, I've used different types of belts, and I find the Speedo Aqua belt the most comfortable when in a class for an hour. The adjustment is easier and this belt is cooler. It does require that you wear it very snuggly or it will ride up.

My teenage boys use their swim belts so I (mom) feel safer when they're swimming in deep water. The belts aren't life saving devices, but they keep the boys afloat. They were perfect for our family outings at the lake. I would recommend these belts for any experienced swimmer. They're perfect for a relaxing day in the water.
