These fins run large, closer to a size 1 rather than 11. They were too large for the child's size 12 foot. He is using them with a sock under which helps to keep it on.
The fin part is a good length for his age and strength.
Positive factor is that the fin Floats when it falls off.

This product says it is men's size 9-11. I wear a 10 1/2 shoe and It is very hard to put these on. They feel very tight. The quality of materials and workmanship are good except for being too tight.

We bought two other pairs previously. We have been using them for over 6 months, swimming 4 times a week. Good quality. Have grown out of one pair, so have to purchase a new size. Why only a 4 star? This is because my daughter is in between 2 sizes, the old (smaller size) is too small and the new (bigger size) is too big. Have to find a way to make the bigger size fins fit better. Otherwise, they are great.

I have a woman's size 8 shoe and these fit well. I cannot give them 5 stars because I have nothing to compare them to.

I do like these very much and intend to continue using them. I gave three stars because I am new to swimming gear and therefore not a great judge. My feet are a size 8, right in the middle of the sizing of these flippers which are for women's sizes 7-9 or men's smaller. My feet are perhaps normal size in the heel and a little spread out in the toes. However, I do feel they are a bit loose while swimming, although reasonably difficult to put on. I always put them on in the water, that helps. I doubt that they could make a flipper which fit everyone perfectly. I will be happy to wear socks to make these fit better, when they stretch out a bit. In the few days I have had them, they have enabled a much better cardio workout. I also feel how my legs are moving so I can improve kicking. It's fun to go faster. They are short enough to make a flip turn easy to do. Perhaps they are a little heavy, but that gives my legs a better workout. I use them for 30-40 out of 50-66 laps. I need to curl my toes to keep the flippers from making an extra movement on the change of each kick: too much room in the toe area.
