Nothing is more essential to your swimming performance than getting air, yet few swimmers truly understand how to breathe efficiently, which means not just getting air in and out, but integrating your breathing seamlessly into your stroke. Breathing is sometimes viewed as a liability or an inconvenience by swimmers, but when you do it right, your enhanced breathing can actually make your stroke better.

In the past several years my stroke has improved considerably, but I've been struggling to improve my endurance, largely due to problems finding a good breathing rhythm. The exercises in this video were a great help in improving my breathing, and helping get the most out of every breath. The presentation is a little dry, but it's an instruction video, not a romantic comedy.

Working on my swim for a 1/2 triathlon and breathing is my biggest challenge. This was helpful for that- and so much more! I was able to look at many aspects of the stroke and timing etc...and the instruction touches on bits more than just breathing. Well worth it.

DVD provides a holistic view of breathing while swimming - refreshingly integrates the breathing techniques into whole stroke streamlining and balance. Explanations are applicable for beginner through advanced swimmer/racer/triathlete.
