I recently started an exercise program that includes time in the pool. I could barely do a few strokes before I had to quit, because I couldn't do the breathing.....saw someone at the pool with this snorkel and he was doing great......purchased one from SwimOutlet, and now I'm a dolphin!!!!! Works like a charm, no problem at all. Would highly recommend this snorkel even if you don't have a problem breathing.....just makes it so much easier and now I am getting the full measure of my efforts in the pool.

Help relieve your lower back pain |

With my bad herniated disk in my lower back, this snorkel is the real ticket to a good workout. When used with a kick board, it relieves the lower back strain. It allows me to keep my head facing down so I can do the "Dolphin Kick", "Porpoise Kick" or in my case, "The Killer Whale Kick". This is a great help for those carring a baby keg and wants to keep or get a six-pack back. Helpful hint: You may need a nose plug when using any snorkel. The speeds seem to try to force water up the nose when inhaling through the snorkels.

This is my second snorkel, and is and excellent training tool. I used it after i quite smoking 3 years ago to regain my cardio and learn to control my breathing when exercising.

snorkels don't get any better. although the finis cardio cap is a little hard to put on if you're looking to use it. i just taped it in place to make sure there were no gaps or oxygen sneaking in.

Great. Only negative is the centering bar sometimes get our of kilter after flip turns.
